Very nostalgic, really does smell like an old cedar chest. Also smells great with Ghostly Castle. The artwork is perfect. Another amazing scent!

One of my favorite scents of all time!
These candles instantly transport you to an inviting attic that is calming and comforting, but one where you can also feel mystery, enchantment, and adventure lurking around every corner.

I bought my second big candle in this scent. I like it so much! It's a comforting smell to me. It has some familiar elements like the vanilla, but it's combined in a different way with the other elements that still make this smell interesting and delightful.

Haven’t tried with GC yet (and I’m a fan) because it’s so nice on its own! Has a really unique but appealing fragrance. I’m sensitive to some scents but this one has good throw without being overpowering (I use the melts). Perfect for mood setting while I make things for Halloween!! Definitely falls on the “mystery” — rather than musty — side of the attic spectrum. Highly recommend.

This candle is a hit in my house! It's the perfect choice for a dark and stormy night, or any other autumn evening. I love the combination of attic beams with hints of vanilla. If you're looking for something different and unique, give this a try!

This is such a unique and fun scent. I was very impressed with how they nailed the theme. It truly smells like an old attic but with underlying mystery (some woodsiness and subtle spiciness.) This scent will be apart of our regular fall rotation.

This scent is awesome!! To me it smells like an old wooden chest hidden in a dusty, mysterious attic with a hint of vanilla. Very cool❤️ The artwork on the jar is amazing.

Love this one! It’s fantastic, but maybe I should have gone with the sixteen because this one seems a bit weaker to the nose. I wish it were a touch stronger, but I love it and it just goes to show how creative spireside truly is!

I'm trying the 16 oz by itself for now without ghostly castle. I don't know how they do it but they always pick perfect names for these. All of the different scents they listed are there, it isn't overy smoky or woody or vanilla-y, it is a perfect mix between them all. It kind of makes me think if you found an old chest that was burned years ago and you decided to keep your valuable spices in there. Its very calming yet mysterious. I will say it has a medium smell, it will probably grow to be medium/high on the second burn. I can't wait to burn ghostly castke with it, smelling it lit with the castle unlit is really magical.
