I was nervous to try this one since I wasn’t a fan of Enchanted Library’s rose element. I am SO GLAD I did! It has the delightful scent of old book yet smells clean at the same time. I love how it sets the right tone for journaling, reading, or getting the house decorated for Halloween. A new favorite!

This one is right up there with Enchanted Library. The smells are similar yet uniquely different. Gothic library is probably my most favorite smelling candle of all time! The scent is so comforting and nostalgic. Simply amazing!

I held off on lighting this one until the appropriate time of year, even though this was one of the first ones I bought. This candle is amazing! It smells slightly dusty, kind of like an aged paperback you can't put down while reading in a library that has been around 200 years. But in a very clean smelling way, it's just so refreshing. Enchanted Library didn't do it for me (not all scents are for everybody) probably because of the rose effect, but this one is hands down awesome.

I discovered these from a friend who was telling me about the uniqueness of these candles. When I got home hoped on the website and read the reviews, I just had to try them. They are definitely worth it. The only problem I had was trimming the wick. It made it difficult to trim because the wax on the wick. I used three different items to cut it. Other than that I have nothing negative to say about this brand of candles. I'll definitely going be ordering the rest of the ones that I didn't get on my first order. I gotta sniff them all!! So far my favorite is alchemist fire and forbidden temple in wax melts together. I can smell it outside my apartment when walking up the stairs. Looking forward to see what other ones they come up with.

how did they do it? It’s a book lover’s dream candle. Old books, rotting paper, leather, I just want to put a bunch of these and enchanted library all around my home library to enhance to old book smell. I really like this one because it has a subtle scent that isn’t overpowering or sweet. I kinda wish it was even more musty though.

Definitely a unique scent. I really just couldn't get on board with it. It wasn't unpleasant but just had a strange non-distinct smell that I didn't particularly enjoy burning. I'm glad I tried it though because I was very curious.

I have a love of your 2 wick candle and no matter what room I place them in know my whole home will smell great. Enchanted Library is intense and I primarily pick up the smell of leather but Gothic Library is a completely different experience. This is the perfect scent for book lovers. It sets a calming mood before I relax into a good book. There are notes of leather that remind me of a historic library I visited last year. I am careful with perfumes and candles as I am prone to headaches, but this one is relaxing and pleasant without being overwhelming.

My first candle from Spireside was Forbidden Temple. That candle will ALWAYS be my favorite. Then I branched out and tried Dragon Queen which is another winner. I kept hovering over Gothic Library and said what the heck. I received it today and took a sniff and it smells like old musty dirt and aged books but in the best way. Its a weird thing, I tell ya when I say that something that smells like dirt smells great, but this one does! Its a definitely a unique scent for unique people!

I did not think Ghostly Castle or ret. Wicked Apple could be matched, but here it is! I am blown away by this one. It is kind of a Ghostly Castle Jr., or "light", if you will. I think it will be the perfect pairing for G.C. but it is perfect on its own! Well done Spireside :)

Smells just like a dimly lit, musty library in the best way possible. It’s not over powering but still has a good scent throw. So cozy and I love lighting it on a rainy day. This one and Enchanted Library are my favorites. So soooooo good.
